When will my order be shipped?
We try to ship within two days of the order being placed.
If I already have a UPS account, can you use my account?
At this time, we are not able to add this service. We are hoping to do this in the future.
What do I do if my product is damaged through shipping?
Damaged products will be exchanged, but not refunded.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Bulk order, we will not have cancellation. For all other orders, if your order has not been processed yet, you can still cancel your order. Once it is processed, you cannot cancel your order.
How long will it take for my product to be shipped?
It depends on your shipping preference.
Is there a tracking code on my order?
Yes, you will be sent a tracking code in an email once your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship in the United States.
How do I find the status of my order?
You will be sent an email to alert you when your order is being processed and when your order has been shipped.
